Passivbot Manager provides a VPS management service for passivbot operation only. This service caters to users who are either unable or unwilling to independently manage a VPS. Passivbot Manager is not a financial advisor, broker, custodian, or trader.

Passivbot Manager never holds your funds, and you alone remain solely responsible for your own crypto account. Passivbot Manager does not offer financial advice and it is not responsible for any loss of funds. By using this service, you agree to remain 100% responsible for your own funds. You acknowledge and accept that Passivbot Manager does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage, or gains incurred while your account is under Passivbot Manager’s management. You acknowledge and accept the potential risk of losing some or all your funds.

Nothing contained on this website constitutes tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, or the recommendation of or an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy or invest in any investment product, vehicle, service or instrument. The information on this website may include statements concerning financial cryptocurrency market trends and/or individual coins, and are based on current and historic crypto market conditions, which will fluctuate in the future and may be superseded by subsequent market events or for other reasons. Subscription Payment:

Subscription fees are to be paid monthly on the 1st day of each month. The initial payment is prorated based on the number of days remaining in the month. For example, if the initial signup was made on the 17th on January, then the amount owed is = (31-17)/31*monthly subscription fee.

The fee you are paying is for the VPS service for passivbot operation only. You are not paying for financial advice or human intervention in the bot's operation. Passivbot is 100% automatic bot, and Passivbot Manager will never intervene with Passivbot's operation. Passivbot Manager will only ensure the robot is running, and not interfere with how the robot is running.

Termination of Service:

Failure to make the payment by the due date indicates that you are no longer interested in this service, which will result in the termination of the service the next day.

You have the right and the responsibility to revoke Passivbot Manager’s API access to your account at any time.

We may suspend or discontinue the availability of Passivbot Manager services without any liability to you.

By using Passivbot Manager, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Passivbot Manager reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. If you do not agree to the above, you are advised to run Passivbot (a free open source software) on your own.
